Record your tooth shade: You can record your initial tooth shade on the provided directions sheet to track your results.
During the Treatment:
Prepare the gel: Attach the syringe tip to the Pola gel syringe.
Apply the gel: Apply a small, thin line of gel evenly along the inner, front surfaces of both the top and bottom of the LED mouthpiece.
Position the mouthpiece: Place the Pola LED mouthpiece into your mouth, making sure it fits snugly and covers
your teeth.
Start the light: Press the "on" button twice to activate the Pola LED light.
Whiten: The LED light will amplify the gel's whitening power for the designated treatment time.
Remove mouthpiece: When the light turns off, your whitening session is complete.
After the Treatment:
Remove the mouthpiece: Remove the mouthpiece from your mouth.
Rinse: Rinse your mouth or brush your teeth to complete the session.
Clean the mouthpiece: Wipe the mouthpiece with a dry tissue and rinse it with lukewarm water.
Follow-up care: Avoid staining foods and beverages like coffee, tea, and red wine for 48 hours. Use touch-up treatments as needed to maintain your results.
